Hospital Ward Deja Vu

Ironically my 90 year old mother decided to rearrange all my weekend plans just like exactly a year ago, she had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance.

Almost the same day, the same symptoms, the same hospital, the same room, but just one bed next to the one she occupied last year.

After spending all night at the ER she was granted a bed on the deserted cardiology ward at half past five in the night and I spotted this lonely Christmas shot just staring at me.

Pity I only had my smartphone on me, so the quality is less, but I still like the loneliness it captured.
