Sprout-tastic

I don't really understand why magazines are full this time of year with alternative uses for sprouts - what could be more perfect than a simple boiled sprout? But this one caught my eye, and is also the only photo I took today.

After an early dash to the airport to deliver Mr B back to the world of work, a quick fortifying nap, then packing and off to the senior Bs for a farewell visit. And then the long blustery drive down to my folks where a fabulous excess of soup, tea and sitting around awaited us.
