Stability Ball anyone?

Heading off for a Pilates workout with my good friend S. I loved this shot of her carrying the stability ball to the car. This ball is great for working on your core strength. Chilly grey day here but we are slowly heading to a warm up that will peak on Boxing Day at 8 degrees and rain, yuck, it will make a mess of all this snow we have.
