Never forgotten

When David passed away we received lots of flowers. I saved all of the roses from the bouquets. Here are some of them.

I've been up in the loft today to get the decorations down. We now have the lights on the tree. I'll try to finish it tomorrow.

We'll mark that up as progress.

I've also bought the turkey today. It's a fresh one. At least I don't have to remember to thaw it. When my mother was alive and she came to stay for Christmas that was the first thing that she said "have you thawed the turkey?"
