Dixie

I didn"t take any photos today so I am cheating and posting an old old photo that I edited a bit. For some reason I was thinking of my sweet pup Dixie today. She joined our family when I was eleven and was my best friend from day one. She was a mutt and the sweetest, gentlest girl you could ever meet. The only time I remember her barking was at Christmas, when she would sit and bark at the turkey sitting on the counter:-)I have so many fond memories of her and still miss her to this day.
