The shortest day.

As it is a Wednesday it was our regular fortnightly night out with my brother,  There as rather a feeling of a gap/empty chair following the death of my sister in law.  However the night flowed well.

The Christmas decorations at the hotel are always impressive.  So for today's blip I choose a shot looking down the short corridor to the main function room.
