Abstract Thursday
It was a bit warmer today - a massive -3.6 degrees. The fingers of frost are slowly creeping outwards. We had a power outage this afternoon, probably due to the weight of the ice on power lines. It was fortunately only for 15 minutes and didn't ruin the bread I was making. A friend called in and was amazed by the frost in our garden. She only lives a few km away but her village lies a bit lower than ours and often has less snow or 'weather' than here.
This photo is of our neighbour's frost encrusted wood pile given a festive colour treatment for Abstract Thursday. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting
