Highest point

This was the sun at 12 noon today, showing through the big magnolia. Our garden gets very little sun at this time of year, so it is a cheering thought that we are now past the shortest day. It has been a beautiful day, quite warm in the sun, and the birds were singing as if it were spring time.
I edited Talking Newspaper this afternoon, my last commitment in a busy week. Now I can concentrate on Christmas, wrapping more presents mainly as I don't have to cook this year!
