22th door of advent calendar: vitising parents

After almost one year break I did collect all my strenght and visited to my mother with a christmas present. She looked fit and ok and to my surprise at first she acted normally, as nothing had ever happened. Then I remembered that this actually is her way to act. Always after a huge rage she has just changed into normal herself again. As nothing had ever happened. Until the next rage... 
 
However maybe the break has been a good thing for her and to me the distance has been exellent and relaxing. 

In the evening I was visiting to my dad's dementia ward with her wife. A splendid choir singing xmas carrolls and we had xmas porridge and saw Santa Claus too..
