Hoy Post Office - an Insider's View

An exclusive.  The view of the Post Mistress from behind the counter of the Hoy Post Office.  Hoy has a population of approx 40 folk.  Penny blacks and dog licences are still the order of the day.  All boats to/from to Hoy are cancelled tomorrow so we will be beating a hasty retreat on the last boat from Lyness - approx mid-day we are told.
