Danish bread

Inspired by the Danish bakery at Grand Central Marten and I dug up the recipe my Danish landlady gave me when I left Copenhagen. Those recipes are still the best! Every time I try I am amazed again how easy it is to bake bread. This the the dough turning before we go to sleep, fresh rolls for breakfast tomorrow!
