New bread bakery in Kaimuki.   Boy, is it good!    This is their "country" loaf.   Right now, they only make 4 kinds:  city bread, country bread, focaccia, and brioche.  The brioche always comes out late in the afternoon; so far, we are content with the country bread.  Subscription service will start in early 2017, one loaf per week on the day of your choosing, but no choice in bread.  Think I'd give them a try.
