Josh and Shelby got engaged!

Josh was the media director and Shelby was the SWIM (Students Working In Ministry) team director this summer. They met at camp last summer when they were both counselors. They're both awesome and I love them and I'm really happy for them.

Josh invited us (the few of us who stuck around after most of the staff left on the last day of camp) to a celebratory bonfire at the beach. It was such a great night. I was so sad that the summer was over, but one of the best nights happened after camp had technically ended. I think it helped me to realize that the end of summer 2012 camp isn't the end of the world. More good things are to come.
