Fextal
Went early morning via Flüela to the upper Engiadina and did a leisurely walk from Sils into the Fextal and back. Pizzoccheri for lunch on the terrace of the historic hotel Fex at the end of the valley in full sunshine and with a stunning view.
Before driving back via Julier, P. did a couple of balletic movements on the frozen lake in Silvaplana in the late afternoon sun (extra).
The Bergell / Bregaglia cheese (Malögin, Magnoca, Bregaglia Granito), the super dark rye bread and the Syrah de Valais (Bonvin) make a wonderful dinner now.
