Tarted Up

Jazzy and I went gathering foliage this morning for extreme decking of the halls. I took the camera but was too absorbed in what we were doing to use it.

I finished off the above tart this evening, shooting at Jazz in goal in the doorway to the living room between times. I didn't use a recipe. It's some sweet pastry left over from my mince pies, filled with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with roasted hazelnuts and topped with pears poached in red wine and raspberries.
