Unbeatable day

Some days are just the best and today was one of them: the sun came out, the local ski resort opened, the pistes were beautifully groomed and empty. We have often said it feels like our own little private resort, and today was dream like. 9 out 13 runs open, pistes to ourselves, no stops required, lunch on the piste, and afterwards another fabulous walk with the dog.
Stocked up now for Christmas after a supermarket run. Just missing the parsnips, which are a rare delicacy in these parts.
