Not The Great British Bake Off ...

9.30pm 23rd  December - Just made my Christmas cakes - house smells wonderful. Left it a bit late? - no, about right for me  - make it today, marzipan in the morning, ice in the afternoon, deliver on Christmas Day ! The round one is for my friend who looks after the dogs for me when necessary, the larger square one is mine (no icing on that one) the smallest one is for Hilda.
