Edinburgh Tardis at night

In Edinburgh for the Fringe and I spotted this double sized tardis.
On the door it has a faded notice saying:
"Lothian and Borders Police is committed to upholding the law firmly and fairly and providing a service to the public of the highest standard"
How reassuring
