Waterfall, First Attempt

It was such a beautiful day that I decided that everything could wait while I took a walk with my new camera.  So I set out (with tripod) to try to capture the little waterfall at Golden Ponds.  It has been warmer and windy the past few days so a lot of the ice had melted and the water was flowing.  This is the best of several shots and it still isn't what I was after.  I think a little more definition in the flowing water might look better (faster shutter?).  Any advice will be happily accepted!!
