Look, some blue sky

Finally, we woke to some blue in the sky's, and we have been here 6 days. Taken about 7.30 am this morning. The day has been glorious. We went out to Dougs sisters at Lower Hutt. It was her birthday and we enjoyed a lovely lunch with our nieces also. :)

It had to be recorded and I have used my new Canon 10 - 20 wide angle. Taken from our daughters terrace, they have an awesome view, this is looking towards Khandallah Village.

Its almost 9 pm, we are home now & all unpacked. Seemed somewhat strange not to have Polly sm00ching around our legs as welcome. Great flight back and the truck started, always a slight concern when our vehicle has sat outside for a week.
