Heroes

Last night I watched this documentary about one of my heroes, Dean Karnazes. I studied his form carefully and visualised it as I ran this evening. I was determined to get back up to speed as I have been slowing down recently.

As I approached the end of the run I knew I was doing well because the last track on this album had just started and I usually cannot complete this run before the final track ends. I pulled out all the stops to get home before the end of this song and I achieved my fastest time in months.
