Memory lane.

Quite literally! Went over to Pencaitland after lunch to see Joanne, my best friend from primary school, somehow we've always managed to keep in touch despite me "abandoning" her (soz) in high school and moving 250 miles away... We took one of her two dogs (the other too old to walk much more than 20 metres!) out for a walk along the railway where we went many times as kids, was quite weird, but nice at the same time. Her hobby is dragging up every embarrassing moment from primary school from her memory when we're together! Alastair then came and picked us up and we headed to Edinburgh for dinner at pizza express. All in all, a great day!
