on the way to Kitzbuhl

we borrowed bikes from the hotel and cycled to Kitzbuhl and then on to the Schwartsee lake where there was a race between 3 home made boats. the local English bar had a pirate vessel (made with beer barrels) and some magnificent costumes - it came last but good fun was had by all. the ride back was easier than the way out as it was mainly downhill and we made good time.
