Sunrise

Early start to the day.  As I was driving in to work, I could see this splendid sunrise in my rear view mirror.  By the time I arrived, it was starting to fade.  But still pretty good.  I'm not sure that the foul weather about which the "red sky in the morning" warns shepherds actually came about - a bit windy, but no rain.

An 8hr shift, that felt longer, and ended up with a sudden increase in the pain in my left knee.  I thought it would pass with rest, but I'm still hobbling around, and planning an early trip up to bed, where I can read, and rest more.
