Sunrise

It was a beautiful one today.

I didn't expect that Ripley would still be with us today so to see him enjoying his nylabone in the midday sunshine sent me scurrying off for the camera.

His very frequent need to pee has meant that I am very deprived of sleep lately and I am grabbing an hour or two where I can.  

I had a second day of emotional/mindless eating and am sitting here feeling tired and bloated.  I know that I will draw a line under it on Monday though and that I can continue on my more healthy journey.
