On His Way

Christmas Eve is finally here and the jolly old man in the red suit has taken to the sky.  The image tonight is taken off the computer courtesy of the NORAD Santa Tracker.
 
Mrs F and I have the table set and the presents all wrapped ready for what tomorrow brings.  It all feels very strange this year, not sure what tomorrow will bring.  To say 2016 has been an eventful year would be an understatement.
 
M had our three granddaughters round for lunch today before they headed home for an early night and a Santa surprise in the morning.   They were all very excited and Granny and Grampa got lots of hugs.  We will see them again next week to find out if Santa came to our house for them as well.
 
I think we are both looking forward to 2017 in a weeks’ time.  We are ready for a new start and a new year to move forward and begin again.
