Tanfield Railway

My daughter and I celebrated an early Christmas with my son and his wife today. We started with excellent coffee and blueberry pancakes and progressed to opening presents followed by a walk around Causey Arch. We crossed the line of the Tanfield Railway which had a special run today, then we returned home to eat steak sandwiches and chocolate brownies with raspberry coulis.A splendid day.
