Christmas twist

This was my sister's first attempt at making the Christmas twist. It's an old Czech recipe; my father took over making it from his mother in law and now it's my sister's turn. It's made with yeast and filled with raisins and almonds. It requires two lots of rising and plenty of kneading before being baked. She did a great job!
