Dinner for two
It is rare that we are just two (and the dog) for Christmas day. After a few hours strolling along ancient disused trails, finding a beautiful little chapel and admiring the views above the house, we returned ready to prepare the Christmas dinner.
For those following my blip, we found purple carrots and sweet potato to replace the parsnips which made a great alternative. Everything cooked to perfection and a very fine romanian wine to go with the roast beef.
