House Sparrow

The only white to be seen on this Christmas Day was the white of our House Sparrow that suffers from Leucism. This will be his fourth winter with us and something I look out for every day.

I'm sure that there would be plenty of white out at sea but discretion took hold today and didn't stray far from home. Even the dog looked at me as if to say "you're not taking me out in that are you?" Wind due to peak tomorrow around mid-morning - 86 mph maximum gust today
