Christmas day walk in the Heavens valley

I woke way too early, made some tea and went back to sleep. Clean Steve had cone down with a bad case of Flu. Eventually we woke up and unpacked our stockings, which were too small to hold anything....

Steve's sister R was with us already, and her son A arrived about lunchtime. After our simple lunch, we opened our presents, couldn't believe the generosity of others! Andy and I then went for a walk through the Horns and Heavens valleys.

We did finally have our meal of roasted salmon and salad, followed by Christmas pudding, in the evening. Even played charades, which was something we never managed to do as children!
I do like these adult Christmases where there is no weight of tradition, and we can do as we like.
