Sustrans high

This is Glascwm lake just alongside the highest point on the Sustrans across Wales , Chepstow to Holyhead Cycle Route and well worth doing if you like climbs and great views and of course you have to be able to read long sentences without taking a breath if you want to cycle this route. Phew!
