Roll with the unexpected...

There are days that things go exactly as planned and then there are days that don't.  Sadly, our family Christmas Day was met with an unexpected fall resulting in a trip to the hospital emergency for 4 stitches, when our 20 month old grandson connected his chin to a window ledge.  Then just a few hours later, I succumbed to a stomach flu and spent the latter part of dinner in bed while my family was thankfully enjoying theirs!  All that to say, life has a way of dropping the unexpected on us, challenging and giving us opportunity for attitude adjustments. :)
