Brie

For me, one of the joys of Christmas is convincing ourselves that we can justify buying a whole Brie.  I do love a rich, ripe Brie, preferably with a crisp white baguette or similar.  However, even though we always share it with family or other visitors, I do still end up eating far too much cheese over the Christmas period.

It is good, though.
