MonoMonday: Speech

My first choice for this challenge was to post a shot of the rising sun, and use the text from Psalm 19; 1-2
"The heavens are telling of the glory of God;
And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.
Day to day pours forth speech,
And night to night reveals knowledge."

Sunrise was not at all impressive in a mono photo, so I'm opting for a graffiti shot instead. Someone is trying to make a statement, albeit by unwise means. 
We discovered this ramshackle viewing area in the Trojan Park. A man there told us it is being restored as funds allow. It is in the vicinity of the wintering Trumpeter Swans. We shall revisit!
