The first of the day!

More windy today than I can ever remember.  Took Ollie along the village and twice I was very nearly blown off my feet.  Flagstones had been blown off the top of a garden wall and debris was littering the road. Incredibly wild, over 108.5mph gusts at Sandy Hill, our nearest weather station.   No wonder I had a healthy glow when I got back in the house!

Mike was ready with a glass of prosecco  for me and a towel to dry off Ollie.  He's very well trained!  Hope the remaining days of Christmas are filled with fun for everyone . . . !
