Enjoying the sun

With such joy in our family comes sadness...my best friend was involved in a head on collision yesterday and is in a critical condition. We saw her late last night in casualty and she was still conscious so I could speak to her. All we can do is wait and pray.
And today we heard that a dear relative in New Zealand is not expected to live much longer.
Life sure has ups and downs....
