Common Kingfisher

What a lovely surprise, my favourite bird came to visit me while I was trying out my new birding chair and monopod! She didn't stay long, but long enough for me to see how well she looks and how beautiful those turquoise feathers are in the late afternoon light. Always a thrill to see this gorgeous bird!
