I saw these on our walk today--tiny seeds visible inside the long seedpod that has opened up. I wish I knew what kind of tree this was, but it's hard to ID a tree that has no leaves, & when I tried to get an ID using the seedpods, none of the pictures of the seedpods looked right! If anybody recognizes it please let me know. I thought the golden color of the inside of the pods looked so pretty against the blue of the sky. Nice weather today but the cold--along with more snow-- is on it's way!
