Out for a paddle

Day -3 is done.
Began with an easy drive to work, and no trouble getting a park.
I had noticed the canoe as I drove in, so I went looking with the camera. 
The paddlers were being given their final instructions by their coach.
A solitary single sculler was headed their way.
Busy on the ward all day.
