Beaut weather today.

There was reading in the sun, learning to boogie board in the sun, eating ice creams in the sun, making new camp friends in the sun, meeting old friends in the sun, sitting on the beach in the sun.

A new game has been invented that involves giving the kids a funny sentence that they then need to go and draw. It kept four kids aged 5-9 happily entertained for the best part of an hour. The photo today is of their efforts. Some of the sentences they needed to draw included:

A penguin sitting alone at a birthday party waiting for Frosty the Snowman.

Two pandas fighting over the last piece of bamboo.

A million storey house that reaches the moon.

Two dogs taking ballroom dancing lessons.

The sun exploding after a bomb was dropped on it from a plane flown by a baby.

A fish wearing a fancy moustache.

An octopus walking in the forest.
