Winged Shadow of Camden...

Homeward bound today. Didn't pay much attention to the train I booked, main consideration was a table seat. We were on the 'scenic' route.

Turns out Virgin Trains are radges. Didn't affect us but it seriously looked like they sold way more tickets than seats leading to some rather horrid people issues. Kids sitting under chairs. Elderly standing for hours## on end. Train too full for wheelchairs to get to the designated wheelchair space. Rather rubbish.

Anyway, we made it eventually without little incident from a great couple of days down south.

## I would have gladly given up my reserved seat to a pensioner. She turned up and took a left seat beside us and mentioned how long she'd been standing. The silly completely glakit woman who insisted she had a reserved seat but this was confirmed not by the conductor...she can faff about to her hearts content asking for spare seats. Maybe it'll make her plan it better next time.
