A balanced diet?

My daughter phoned this morning to tell me that the things I had ordered in the Next sale ( gym gear) had  arrived. We went to pick it up, and then drove down to Ogmore-by-sea. As you can see, the Coffee Pig was there, so we had a coffee, and J had a fiery pork sausage hot dog, and I had a warm Welsh cake. We sat outside for a short time, but the wind was icy, so we went back to the car. It was really busy, and there were a lot of people, and their dogs, walking on the beach. Back home now, and I am  glad to be  in the warm.
