Not the Foggiest

A saga with Marks and Spencer continued today after a break for Christmas. Having ordered and received a nice new armchair from M&S just before Christmas it quickly became obvious that the wrong legs had been fitted to it. And one was scratched.

So it was on to the call centre. Yes, you've been there too. Back and forth then them not ringing back. So today the cudgels were taken up again only to be told that because of the time period the file had been closed so no one is going to come and look till late January.

Whats more, the money has been handed over to M&S. So the chair will be sat on and then they will probably say we shouldn't have. 

So, in a rage a brisk walk was prescribed. Through the fog which eventually cleared to reveal a beautiful sunny middle part of the day.

Top tip: Never buy furniture from M&S. The after sales service is truly shocking. There - if the store reads this they can sue me. Or am I breaching the Blip rules?
