First Class Stollen

My Dear Fellow,

Yesterday's train journey promised Stollen as one of the treats being served in first class.

Here it is, blurrily pictured above. It turned out to be less of a "Stollen" and more of a "tiny muffin with two raisins in it".

I didn't really mind. It came with free tea and coffee and sandwiches. But I thought as a German you should be told what we are doing to your foodstuffs over here.
