Squirrel house

One of my Christmas presents, a new bird feeder/house , and one of the squirrels here did explore it today. What a weird week this is, every day feels like the weekend, the boys are here, DJ is doing his jigsaws, and today the weather is wet,grey, misty and cold. My Mum is still in the hospital, they kept her there over Christmas, and are doing more tests, looks like she is going to be there a while longer, she might even need a bypass. Which makes planning a bit difficult, should I go there, should I stay here ... So far youngest sister is doing the visits and talking to the doctors, hopefully we'll know more soon.

Remember, tomorrow is the last Abstract Thursday of this year, and the theme is 'natural', meaning as little faffing, fartnarkling or apping as possible, finding the abstracts in everyday life without much editing. That's a real challenge for a photo-editor like me, but it isn't meant as a challenge, more as a way to see the abstract in its pure form :-) Looking forward to your entries !
