Peanut Power

I never realized that Blue Jays have the ability to stuff more than one entire peanut (shell and all) in their mouths?  Not only had this chap 'swallowed' two peanuts with shells, but then snatched this partial peanut that had been cracked open.  Fascinating to watch...

Hard to walk around in the woods with all the rain, freezing rain, and cold we have had....sheer ice.  Wonderful to be out in it, though!  Snowstorms are heading this way, apparently, so looking forward to some fresh white stuff!
