Abandoned restaurant

There's few of those here. Closed restaurants and bars. Don't know how long this has been for sale. The sign is faded. This is the first time I've peaked inside. As you can see the awnings are in pieces as a result of the storm, so I was able to see inside. I would never have guessed there's a boat in there.

It's sad to see all these closed places. Some closed for the winter and will be opened up for high season. Some are closed for good. In reality there's just too many restaurant places in the area. When they were building this part of the town 10 years ago the times were very different and money was "easy". They planned these "social" buildings all over. They are meant for business use like hairdressers, bars, shops, cafes ect. These places would make excellent homes too, but since they are planned for "social" purposes they are just left abandoned. Some are even half built and terrible to look at, but they have been left that way for 10 years. Interesting.

This restaurant has been in use. It's big. This is the terrace. There's also inside and second floor. The view is fantastic. It's over the canyon to the see and Alicante. It would make a fabulous house for someone.
