A Goat in a Manger...!

We're now down to just three in the house now (Mrs C, Mum-in-Law and me) as Son#2 + girlfriend, and Son#3 left today. So the house has fallen rather eerily quiet! It was a lovely but chilly afternoon so we went for a walk in Jesmond Dene for a bit of fresh air amd exercise. We stopped off at "Pets Corner" where I took this blip - and the extra of an older goat looking a bit mournful and a little dishevelled.

Then there was a bit of excitement. I got word that the new camera which Santa was supposed to be delivering had finally arrived at the local camera shop (Santa must have delivered it to the wrong place...!!??). As I write its battery is charging. You'll find out in due course what it is :-)
