Salted meringue

B's parents are staying the night with us on their way back from France to home in East Yorkshire. They don't make it down here very often so it has been lovely to see them.

B's mum celebrated her birthday whilst on holiday so as we had missed it we took them out for dinner this evening at Turnham Green in Chiswick - in my head, it is always turn 'em green.

This is salted meringue with mango puree (inside) raspberries, jasmine tea and pea shoots! I can go to bed very happy indeed, it was absolutely delicious. mmmm.....
